When you book your holiday with Global Travel Worldwide and or any of its subsidiaries, we offer an airport transfer service that is subject to our Manchester or Liverpool Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions.
We use fully insured third party private hire companies and therefore you can rest assured that we are able to offer the same level of customer service you would expect from us. However, should a passenger decide to book an airport transfer directly with our third party private hire companies, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any losses, damages in any way.
We can only offer the prices on the offer on holidays booked with Global Travel Worldwide and or any of its subsidiaries. At the time of booking and paying a deposit, the balance for the Manchester or Liverpool airport transfer will be due payable in full. We cannot take bookings for the airport transfer after the date of booking.
Prices are based on passengers being ready to travel at the booking time and prices are quoted per vehicle.
Prices are quoted to drive through a most economical route. If the passenger nominate a route to their preference, passenger will be liable to pay the extra charges such as fuel, toll, waiting and other charges.
All airport transfers are payable, in full, at the time of booking and paying a deposit.
It is the passengers responsibility to ensure that they reserve the correct size of vehicle in order to carry the number of passengers and luggage.
If the passenger has booked a smaller vehicle capacity to carry the number of passengers and luggage, the driver reserves the right to refuse to carry the passengers due to Health and Safety rules.
We cannot accept telephone bookings nor walk-in reservations whatsoever. We will provide the contact details of a private hire company if requested.
Additional Drop offs and Pick ups
Additional drop offs and pickups will be charged on a POA basis.
Booking Cancellations or changes
A booking of transfer can be cancelled or changed in advance by phone giving 24 hours notice prior to the transfer time.
To cancel or change any bookings, you must contact our customer service team. You cannot cancel or change a booking with our drivers.
The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts:
The traffic, time, road closures and diversions. Prices are quoted to drive through a most economical route. If the passenger nominate a route to their preference, passenger will be liable to pay the extra charges such as fuel, toll, waiting and other charges.
Global Travel Worldwide cannot be held responsible for any financial losses, missed flights, trains or meetings because the car is not arriving at the pick-up location at the booked time due to adverse weather, vehicle breakdown, traffic conditions, road traffic accidents, road closures or event destruction. In unexpected incidences such this, we will call and inform the customer as soon as we are aware of the delay and it is passenger’s responsibility to make the decision to wait for our car to arrive or to make alternative travel arrangements.
Company cannot be held responsible being given the wrong booking information by the customer. Until customer receives a booking confirmation, the booking is not confirmed.
In the event of the passenger cancelling the airport transfer, no refund will be given nor will we provide a credit note.
