Located within perfect reach of Orlando's top attractions, Highlands Reserve is just over 10 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. With an 18 hole PGA golf course, this resort is a haven for golf lovers and also offers a range of other facilities. The fantastic range of family villas each come with their own pool.
Windsor Hills villas from £1349 per week
Combining the benefits of a prime location, just 5 minutes from Walt Disney World, with an array of wonderful on site facilities. The Windsor Hills Resort is amongst Central Florida's most sought-after villa communities. Stay in one of the resort's homes and enjoy the privacy of your own pool along with a range of facilities based around the clubhouse, including a lagoon-style pool with waterslide and a 40-seat cinema.
ChampionsGate villas from £1190 per week
Situated within close proximity to many of Orlando's best theme parks and with an incredible selection of facilities for guests to enjoy, ChampionsGate is one of the most popular holiday villa destinations. The entire resort is set on 900 acres of beautifully kept greenery in Kissimmee and includes an 18 hole championship golf course, a large swimming pool with waterslides and even a lazy river. Villas are known for being some of the best in Central Florida and provide a wonderful retreat.

- The different resorts and developments tend to feature 3-6 bedroom villas, most with a private screened swimming pool. The pools are not heated but for an additional weekly charge (which varies by resort and is payable locally) can be arranged and must be requested at the time of booking.
- All villas are non-smoking and have fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. They are privately owned and individually decorated and furnished.
- Occupancy: The majority of homes will accommodate a maximum of two people per bedroom, although occupancy levels do vary, so please ask for details.
- Upgraded accommodation: A variety of upgraded accommodation is available and our travel experts will be delighted to discuss the options with you. It is also possible to book specific villas.
- Minimum stay: 7 nights.
- Important note: All our villas include sufficient linen. Optional housekeeping services are available at an extra cost and payable locally. Cots and high chairs can also be pre-booked for a supplement from USD77 per cot per week and from USD70 per highchair per week. Please advise at the time of booking if either are required. A non-refundable charge of USD6 per day (capped at 3 weeks at USD126 and payable on arrival by credit card when collecting your keys) will be required to cover accidental damage to the property.
