Loyalty benefits apply to qualifying bookings only
Certain benefits are limited to one qualifying use per membership year
Benefits must be requested at the time of booking
Benefits do not apply to flight‑only, accommodation‑only, clearance, or heavily discounted bookings
All benefits are subject to availability, booking conditions, and supplier terms
Benefits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed retrospectively
Membership tiers are reviewed on a rolling yearly basis and may be amended if booking activity no longer meets programme criteria.

1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the Airport Transfer Deal (“the Offer”) available to clients of Global Travel Worldwide (“GTW”) during the promotional period.
1.2 By taking advantage of this Offer, clients confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with GTW’s standard booking terms and conditions, which remain in full effect.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Offer is available on selected 2026 holiday bookings made during May and June 2026 only.
2.2 The Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
2.3 The Offer is only available to clients booking directly through Global Travel Worldwide.
3. Qualifying Bookings
3.1 The Offer is exclusively available on package holidays arranged and confirmed through Global Travel Worldwide.
3.2 The Offer does not apply to the following booking types:
Holidays booked via easyJet Holidays
Holidays booked via TUI
Holidays booked via Jet2holidays
Flight only bookings
Accommodation only bookings
Any booking that does not constitute a qualifying package holiday as defined by GTW
3.3 For the avoidance of doubt, the Offer applies only to full package holidays where both flights and accommodation (and, where applicable, other travel arrangements) are booked together through GTW.
4. Pricing & Offer Structure
4.1 The following transfer rates apply to qualifying bookings:

Short-haul holidays (2026) Return airport transfers for £99
Long-haul holidays (2026) Return airport transfers for £69
Cruises (2026) FREE airport transfer to Manchester or Liverpool Airport or Liverpool cruise terminal or local collection point
4.2 Transfer prices are per booking and are based on a single vehicle unless otherwise stated.
5. Discounts & Promotions
5.1 The Offer cannot be applied to any holiday booking that has already been subject to a discount, price reduction, or any other form of promotional saving.
5.2 The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discount, offer, or incentive, whether applied automatically or via a promotional code.
5.3 Where a booking has been discounted for any reason — including but not limited to late availability reductions, group discounts, or trade prices — this Offer shall not apply.
6. Loyalty Programme Tiers
6.1 Access to the Offer, and the applicable tier of benefit, is determined by the client’s booking history and current Loyalty Programme membership status (Gold, Platinum, or Black).
6.2 GTW reserves the right to determine membership tier eligibility at its sole discretion.
6.3 Black Tier membership is by invitation only and is managed directly by GTW Directors.
7. Transfer Conditions
7.1 All airport transfers are subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of booking.
7.2 GTW reserves the right to substitute a comparable transfer arrangement where the specified service is unavailable.
7.3 Transfers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit.
8. General Provisions
8.1 GTW reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this Offer at any time without prior notice.
8.2 This Offer has no cash value and cannot be transferred to a third party.
8.3 In the event of any dispute regarding eligibility or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Global Travel Worldwide shall be final.
8.4 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
