Really surprised when I walked into the foyer and the immediate feel you get is one of relaxation and a superior level of service from most of the other hotels in the area.
Despite there being a queue of people 12 deep, checking in was quick and easy. Our room seemed a million miles from reception but the porters loaded their train and off we went and it would have actually been quicker to have walked it but at least we had a great tour of the hotels facilities.
The room was fantastic. Spacious, clean and well presented. Can’t find a fault not would I even think of looking for one.
The food is very good with a good selection to choose from on the buffet menu and its hot and freshly cooked in some cases.
