The Chauffeur Terms and Conditions
The Chauffeur service is available to passengers travelling on selected long haul destinations and tour operators. The service is available from Wrexham and a radius of 20 miles from Global Travel Worldwide office. The Chauffeur is available only if the booking is made through Global Travel Worldwide and paid in full prior to departure.
The Chauffeur service is not available on holidays, flight only or short haul destinations not booked and paid in full with Global Travel Worldwide.
The Chauffeur service is not available on complimentary tickets or complimentary upgrades from tour operators or airlines.
The Chauffeur service is not available to minors unaccompanied in the car by a parent or guardian.
If the Chauffeur‑drive service requested exceeds the mileage limits specified for that city, passengers must pay for the excess mileage at locally applicable rates. Payment should be made to Global Travel Worldwide directly prior to collection. In the vent the extra mileage is requested on collection, The Chauffeur will deny the request unless agreed with Global Travel Worldwide.
If a passenger fails to cancel their chauffeur booking and the chauffeur car arrives at the appointed time and place only to be sent away, the Chauffeur service cannot be rebooked in conjunction with the same ticket. A charge will be levied on the customer for the cancellation that shall not exceed £1000 and be no less than £500 in total.
The Chauffeur service is not available between terminals at an airport, or between different airports.
The Chauffeur services are provided by third party suppliers. Global Travel Worldwide is not responsible for any agreed transactions between the passengers and the Chauffeur, for the acts or omissions of such suppliers, or for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered. In particular, Global Travel Worldwide has no liability for loss, personal injury, or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services unless such loss, personal injury or death is / are caused solely by Global travel Worldwide’s negligence.
The Chauffeur pick‑up time should be strictly adhered to, without exception. Pick‑up time is not negotiable. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which the driver will advise the passenger that he can wait no longer and is being released to the next assignment.
At all times, it is the responsibility of the person booking The Chauffeur service to verify that the address given when booking the service is within the complimentary distance or beyond it, and to check with Global Travel Worldwide in advance for any excess mileage costs.
