The Beginning
Prior to the Pandemic, we were blazing a trail ahead of our competition when it came to getting our customers to the airport for their holidays, but we wanted more. We wanted to be more than the premier travel agency in Wrexham that provided a quality of customer service that was second to none and the envy of our competitors.
The Pandemic gave us the chance to research and refine our needs, it gave us the time to get it right and now we think we have the solution.
Our airport transfer business is now integrated into every holiday we sell. When you book a long haul, honeymoon, wedding or luxury holiday to selected destinations, we will ensure you arrive at the airport in style and at no extra cost when choosing selected destinations and tour operators.
When you book a short haul holiday with us, we have the most competitive rates for airport transfers available and will not be beaten for a like for like service.
How does it work?
When you book a long haul holiday with us, with a selected tour operator and destination, we take care of the airport transfer booking automatically. Two weeks before you travel, we will confirm all the arrangements, from pick up to return collection, luggage space and any preferences you may have for drinks etc.
Our system sends you a Booking Confirmation, and you’ll receive an SMS to confirm that your chauffeur is en-route. We use a virtual number that diverts to your mobile phone, to keep your number private. You can track your chauffeur, and you will be given their phone number. Once your Chauffeur is en-route, you can call them, receive updates, the information of the selected vehicle and instructions on where to meet them at the arrivals lounge.
Each vehicle is well maintained and your chauffeur will be wearing a business suit, shirt and tie. Depending on the vehicle we use, our free wifi means you can either read the news and catch up on the news or work on your latest board room presentation, or catch up on your emails whilst we cut through the traffic.
We track all flights and will be at the airport as your flight lands. The time taken to collect your luggage and come through passport control can vary from a few minutes to an hour, but you’ll have the security of knowing your chauffeur is waiting for you as you leave the arrivals lounge.
All the vehicles and chauffeurs are fully licensed and insured and will have documents available to view. Several of our chauffeurs have also gained membership of the prestigious Guild of Professional Chauffeurs.
Our network of partners include coach companies for large groups, sports travel specialists as well as private airports for plane and helicopter transfers. Our limit is your imagination and budget.
The Vehicles
We have a range of luxury cars and minibuses available from S-class Mercedes, saloons and estates through to an Audi A8 Saloon, E-class Mercedes, Vito and V-class Mercedes Minibuses.
The Mercedes S-Class is the flagship chauffeur car for that luxurious travel from your home or office to the airport. Reclining rear heated seats and plenty of leg room ensures a relaxed start to your journey. Complimentary wifi, water and newspapers are provided with every journey.
The Mercedes Benz E-Class is the perfect executive level chauffeur car for all types of business trips and airport transfers. Maximum comfort, air-conditioned and in-car wifi. We provide complimentary mineral water with all journeys. You can sit back and relax in our cars or take out your laptop and catch up on your emails.
The Mercedes Benz E-Class Estate offers a very comfortable ride with luxurious leather trim, climate control and air conditioning. The Estate comfortably seats four passengers, as well as being able to accommodate large luggage for the long-haul holiday transfer, making it ideal for airport trips, Port transfers and for business journeys.
The Costs
We don’t charge for the luxury chauffeur service for couples on selected long haul holidays. We believe that you should start your holiday the moment you walk in and book it with us and know that it will start from your door in style. The Directors want to bring to their customers the levels of service they believe they should enjoy, that’s why it’s taken so long to get things right.
We also offer a private hire service for couples booking short haul holidays. From as little as £69 return, we know we offer the most competitive rates to Manchester and Liverpool Airports.
