Our Price Match Guarantee
The Global Travel Worldwide Price Match Guarantee is specifically for scheduled long haul package bookings (minimum of a flight plus hotel) against trade competitors, on a like for like basis. Please note that Price Match can only be used against the current season, and not for forward seasons that have not been brochured, therefore excluding out of date range packages. We must be able to confirm that the competitors’ price is based on the same flight or same property, same departure, routing & arrival points, same duration and for the same dates, as our quote.
Same flight means that the same airline, booking class, travel dates, flight times and booking conditions must be exactly the same; otherwise the price will not be valid. Same property means that the same property name, room type, board basis, occupancy levels & star rating must be exactly the same; otherwise the price will not be valid. Same departure, routing & arrival points, means that the UK departure point & overseas arrival point must be exactly the same and routing must be exactly the same (e.g. LHR-DXB-SYD-DXB-LHR).
The price match must be available to book immediately, not on a request basis. We will only price match with ABTA & ATOL bonded travel companies. Where we believe there to be an erroneous fare displayed by a competitor or that the price offered is no longer available to book, we revere the right to investigate the pricing. If at this point we prove the price to be invalid/incorrect/unavailable our best price will be offered.
The price match must be available in the same currency as our booking. Offer does not apply to quotes from bed banks or direct sell quotes provided to customers. It can be withdrawn/altered without notice and cannot be combined with any other offer/discount. The policy does not apply to group requests (more than 9 people). On certain products we have agreements with our suppliers not to sell below an agreed price and we will not honour prices that fall below this level. Booking must be made in person at Global Travel Worldwide in Wrexham.
